Since I hand wash and dry my dishes, I am always on the lookout, for drying mats and good towels. This Bamboo Kitchen Towels and Japanese Dish Drying Mat 5-Piece set got my attention, as I love Bamboo products. Bamboo has great properties, and limiting bacterial growth is one of them, so definitely something I like to use in my kitchen. I have used drying mats before, and even though I washed them I noticed that it was growing mildew, so I was very disappointed. The waffle meshwork design of these towels and mats allow the air to pass through easily so your dishes will dry quickly and so will the mat, thus preventing mildew and bacterial growth. The towels are very absorbent; collect the water off the dishes and the counters quickly and easily. Even comes with a dishcloth. These are machine washable so easy to care for.
