This little jar packs a punch. Hubby rubbed this on my back, since I was dealing with some muscle spasms. It did help provide some relief. He also used it on his knees that were aching. Helped provide him with relief, but did not feel any heat sensation. Well, he put some more on my back another day, and wow, about an hour later, I felt like I had a heating pad on. The warmth was there and strong for a couple of hours. Felt good. So we are representative of the statement that everyone reacts differently. I got the heat sensation and he didn’t, but we both got muscle relaxation. If it will break down fat cells too, I am all in. The cream itself is an orangish color, and definitely has a medicinal smell to it, but it is not overpowering or offensive. First Botany does not test on animals, so that is definitely a plus in my book. I have not used this for the slimming effect at this time, just for muscle relaxation, and I have been very satisfied with the results.
