I make mini pancake muffins all the time for my hubby, and the only part I don’t like, is cleaning the pan. These are very versatile; they can go from freezer to oven (up to 446 degrees Fahrenheit) and be used in the microwave.   These silicone baking cups are made of high quality, 100% food-grade silicone, BPA free, FDA approved , non-toxic, eco-friendly,  and flexible.  These are sturdy enough that they can stand on their own, and just put them on a cookie sheet if you don’t have a mini muffin pan.  These would also work well as party favor cups for nuts and chocolate.  The bright colors make them very fun.  This is a onetime investment that is going to last for years.  I love silicone baking molds, I have several that I have used for years, they are awesome.
